<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Mladi luk sitno isekati i prodinstati na ulju. Dodati kupus isečen na tanke rezance i dinstati. Pred kraj dodati bareni pirinač i začine. Lisnato testo razviti oklagijom na tanki list i staviti u kalup. Sipati preko testa masu od kupusa, prekriti viškom lisnatog testa, izbosti viljuškom i premazati umućenim jajetom. Staviti pitu da se peče u zagrejanu rernu na 220 C, 25 minuta. Kada porumeni izvaditi je iz rerne, prohladiti i servirati.</p>
