<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Očišćene tikvice isecite na deblje kolutove i barite desetak minuta u  posoljenoj vodi. Procedite ih, izgnječite i izmešajte s opranim  pirinčem. Posebno umutite jaja, pavlaku, nastrugani sir, ulje, so, biber  i seckani peršun, sastavite s tikvicama i pirinčem, pospite suvim biljnim začinom pa preručite u  podmazani pleh i pecite na umerenoj vatri. Poslužite.</p>
