<li>2 kesice začina za medenjake</li>

<li>200 gr meda</li>
<li>kesica kakaoa</li>
<li>oko 3 kašike vode</li>
<li>200 gr marcipana</li>
<li>150 gr bele čokolade</li>
<li>50 gr margarina</li>
<li>malo kolačarske boje</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Pomešajte praškaste sastojke, pa dodajte struganu koru limuna, med, vodu i omekšali marcipan i umesiti testo. Oblikujte ga u kuglu, uvijte u foliju i ostavite pola sata u fržideru. Razvucite tanju koru i modlom vadite kolačiće, ređajte ih u pleh preko pek-papira i pecite 20 minuta u rerni zagrejanoj na 200 stepeni. Ohlađene kolačiće umačite u belu čokoladu prethodno rastopljenu na pari s margarinom i nekoliko kapi boje.</p>
