<p><strong>Potrebno:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>200 gr sitnih cvetova brokolija</li>
<li>1,5 kašičica maslinovog ulja</li>
<li>1 kašika belog luka u prahu</li>
<li>3 pita hleba ili tortilje</li>
<li>100 gr rendane rikote</li>
<li>100 gr šeri paradajza</li>
<li>50 gr mocarele</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Obarite brokoli na kratko, procedite ga i stavite na tiganj. Pospite ga maslinovim uljem i belim lukom i propržite na laganoj vatri oko minut dok sastojci ne puste miris. Stavite papir za pečenje na pleh i svaki pita hleb nafilujte brokolijem, rikotom, šeri paradajzom i mocarelom. Pecite u rerni oko 8-10 minuta dok se sir ne istopi, a donji deo pite postane hrskav. Poslužite.</p>
