<li>200 gr sremskog sira</li>
<li>100 ml kisele  pavlake</li>
<li>100 gr pečenice</li>
<li>100 gr pršute</li>
<li>2 kašike susama</li>
<li>2 glavice  crvenog luka</li>
<li>so</li>

<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Crveni luk isecite na kolutove, posolite ga i rukom dobro izgnječite.  Lisnato testo razvijte prema veličini pleha, najbolje okruglog.  Podmažite pleh i pospite ga brašnom, pa testo utisnite i po obodu ga  premažite žumancetom. Pomešajte sir, jaja i pavlaku i u tu masu dodajte  fino isečene komade pečenice i pršute. Sipajte masu preko testa, a na  nju rasporedite omekšali crveni luk. Pospite susamom i pecite oko 20  minuta na 220 stepeni. Kada se testo po obodu odvoji od pleha, torta je  pečena. Isecite tortu i poslužite.</p>
