<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Očišćen praziluk kratko obarite, procedite i isecite na kolutove.  Propržite ih na zagrejanom ulju. U obaren, proceđen i prohlađen pirinač  dodajte praziluk, seckanu mortadelu, so, biber, jaja i parmezan, pa sve  dobro izmešajte. Od smese pravite knedle, uvaljajte ih u umućena jaja,  pa u prezle i pržite ih na ulju da porumene sa svih strana. Poslužite.</p>
