<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Dobro oprati krompir, skuvati ga u ljusci dopola, zatim ocediti i kašikicom izdubiti. U udubljenja staviti umućena jaja sa  izdrobljenim sirom, solju i biberom, odozgo po komadić putera, pa ispeći u podmazanoj posudi u umereno zagrejanoj pećnici. Izvaditi na zagrejan tanjir, odozgo premazati kiselom pavlakom, posuti seckanim peršunom i odmah poslužiti.</p>
